Solving Matters is a boutique advisory firm, providing services in strategy development and operational excellence based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
I believe that Strategy development is indispensable to know where a business is going. When developing a strategy it's very important to have an in-depth understanding of the issues facing the business and to lead the team to define options and solutions. Most businesses are making their strategies on the go, but I help them sit down and think where they actually want to go.
